2 config files don't call jenkins_job_build.sh #41

The following config files don't make use of https://github.com/clearcontainers/tests/blob/master/.ci/jenkins_job_build.sh and hard-code the git setup commands instead:

  • jobs/clear-containers-osbuilder-azure-ubuntu-17-10-PR/config.xml
  • jobs/clear-containers-tests-k8s/config.xml

We need to change the above to make use of jenkins_job_build.sh.
