Usage instructions missing

I read about Dreyfus and came to this repo's page to read more about it. Unfortunately, I found that there is no documentation here on how to actually set up and use this in the README. As a first stopgap solution, it would be nice to have a prominent link to the IBM blog post here which describes the setup process (if that is still current).

I followed the instructions found in the wiki.
It worked for CouchDB 2.1.1, Erlang 19.3, current master of drefyus with latest OpenIndiana.
You should add the link to README.md.

@grueni by any chance did you open source your implementation of the CouchDB 2.1.1 + Search. I tried to do that but encountered some problem. Can you please help me with it? Please refer to the comment I left at apache/couchdb-docker#8
