Looks like mobile needs some work for sure. Also Stream may have some specific issues related to the video on that page.

We fare better on desktop e.g. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdevelopers.cloudflare.com%2Fdocs-engine%2F&hl=en&tab=desktop
