MesaLink is compatible with OpenSSL, but backed by the safe rustls library.

This is unlikely to happen any time soon. OpenSSL itself doesn't even have the APIs required to support QUIC, so MesaLink can't really work with quiche either.

OpenSSL will add the required QUIC support later this year, and we are working on supporting that in #126, so once that's done MesaLink can follow suit.
