Resize the window to small width (then is needed for top bar tabs (main,threads,profile etc) - causes top bar tab bar to be displayed in a bad manner

If I continue to limit the width at some point the tabs on the top become a list - yet the hover over some information and I guess this is not what is expected.

the nav menu to list transformation is a default one with bootstrap, but I think in our case, as we do no support such low resolutions, it's completely not useful.

IMO, keeping the menu in the same style and letting the user scroll is a better solution, as the scrolling exists in any case for the graphs and such...
