Add ParadeDB pg_search

Hi team,

We're big fans of CloudNativePG over @paradedb. We've observed many of our users shipping both pgvector and pg_search (our full-text search extension), and they usually run CNPG. It would be great to add an image which includes pg_search directly, to facilitate our user's installing task.
