Battery drop in micromax Canvas HD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Charging the battery to full. It goes to 100 from 85 in a flash.
While using as it comes below 30% it shoots down to 11% in no time.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The battery should behave consistent. Battery is very unstable.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Micromax Canvas HD on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Read about the same issue in this post. Some issue with the stock ROM, I didn't 
understand. Please help out.

Thanks fopr registering the issue. i am also facing exactly same issue with My 
canvas HD running jelly Bean 4.1.2 not 4.2.1 .
i have also replace the battery recently. but still same issue is there.
one of my friend is having Canvas HD and i have checked my battery in his 
mobile where it works perfect .
