Broken Link on CNCF Contributor Page

Problem:

The CNCF Contributor page Google Summer of Docs has a broken link that is supposed to lead to resources for contributors.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to CNCF Contributor Page.
Scroll down to the section "Contributor Opportunities."
Click the "details" link in Google Summer of Docs (https://github.com/cncf/mentoring/tree/main/programs/seasonofdocs#readme).
The link results in a 404 error.

Please update the broken link.
