Change the Portfolio to the new design

1. The hero image goes in a smaller size.
2. The elements below the hero go up and are displayed in the main view.
3. add buttons with each category next to the drop-down list showing the projects. pressing these buttons will filter the list of projects to show only the projects associated with the selected category, and the projects associated with the selected category will be displayed in the project list.
4. 3 categories are added and associated with each project according to its functionality. (Web Project - Mobile Project - Web & Mobile Project)
5. The category must be added to each project.
6. For now we will omit the brief description of each project.
