[USER ISSUE] The "Sign Up" button cannot be clicked

I cannot register a new account on the codalab worksheets registration page. After I have filled in all the forms correctly, the registration button is still grayed out. This problem also appeared in #3698, but it has not been resolved. I didn't see the "CAPTCHA" human-computer verification button on the registration page.

I used Firefox, and the problem also occurred. I am anxious to use codalab worksheets to upload experimental data, and I am anxious to get a timely response to this question. I am looking forward to your reply.
