See javaee/jaxb-v2#1135 same problem here with BiPro-Webservice

With this update 59aec09 we should now consider to have a look into https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/jaxb-ri instead:

eclipse-ee4j/jaxb-ri#1135

Has been fixed in 2.3.3 (see eclipse-ee4j/jaxb-ri#1135) and should be gone the next 2.3.0.RELEASE release of our maven plugin.
