Rationale

There are lots of useful documents etc about IATI e.g. training materials prepared by Oxfam, guides on how to do XYZ, bits of research etc but nowhere where someone can find them.

Proposal

• Start collecting them all on dropbox/google drive etc - we should do this anyway
• Also store a metadata file e.g. flat file with a link to the doc, and some tags
• Frontend (Heroku?) that displays the metadata so that the resources can be searched and links to the files

Bonus - frontend allows users to upload files while adding metadata

Inspiration

Something like this but with documents, presentations, links etc, not really photographs
