Create lookup table of arresting agencies

It is necessary to have a list of all arresting agencies in KS in order to a) populate a dropdown box for the users, and b) fill in the contact information of those agencies on the Notice of Hearing forms required by the courts.

• Find a list of all the arresting agencies in KS
• Fill in the contact information for each agency

Update: found two options for list of LE agencies:

• 2008 BJS census
• 2012 Law Enforcement Agency Identifiers Crosswalk
• The 2008 census data is cleaner, only having about 340 PDs and Sheriff’s offices, while the 2012 data is a bit bigger and messier, including all organizations with the authority to arrest, including campus police, hospital police, etc. These number about 530.

Both have been put into the spreadsheet linked at the top.
