That is true.. I was thinking of renaming Fmovies to something else or take over the G2G part and have it host? |

No problem, I'm not that smart.. I do programming on Arduino IDE for work and a product we used will drop off because of a company bought that company. I was thinking how to fake Fmovies to Plex.. Start up the old something and have no name spoken as Fmovies for you know who.. |

I still cant get plex to install on my computer so im using my dirty old laptop which is a bit hit and miss and the plugin isnt working properly but im getting by atm. |

So I'm bored, tired, still frustrated with Plex for removing the release thread. EDIT - I believe my next step would be to send nods, electronically (I'm not so bored or tired as to use paper) to the legal department contacts of each company stating Plex forums are allowing for discussion of TOS mis-use. |

I must say that Plex has chosen a slippery path... Their new censoring attitude could, maybe, bring appreciation from investors who hypocritically shrink from apps that THEY do not see as totally "legit", but will cost them a lot of users, which will not be very appreciated by the same investors... I, for one, lost almost all interest in their forum and I'm even looking around to find alternatives to Plex itself... |

@Oldpapa Well to be honest the life-time Plex Pass even though is a good deal but has not benefited me much. I guess I'm contradicting myself here in hope that it will one day ;)
Well enough of the rant.. I'll probably post a new Dev version either tonite or tomorrow for extending the Downloads feature. I suggest to install it once your previous Downloads are finished since it may not be backward compatible with your existing list. Havn't been getting a lot of time to really test out the new /dev branch for it to be posted to /master. Just to elaborate on the new Auto-Pilot feature. The feature allows downloading based on prefs you define when setting it up and that allows downloading full season of shows. So you do have to define it wisely. Settings to download a show with 1080p quality or size greater than 2GB will result in no downloads since almost all shows are of lower quality/filesize. Edit: And it uses the Download Sources module and not the direct OpenLoad/Streamango server links. Hope that explains a lil of that feature. Note: It seems Mega has changed something and the downloader always gives an error and so recommend disabling it if you've been using it. |

Hello friends........I hope you are all well. The last couple of days all i get when i try to watch something is "other seasons",people search...ect........any help would be much appreciated. Im thinking about deleting Plex and starting again. |

Same for me as bellpark17, using roku, firestick and win10, no sources on any of them, external or otherwise, tried fresh install of fmp, restarting all, no luck |

@bellpark17 from the main page, If you go to external listings, go to type and change it to whatever you are looking for, say shows, then go to shows>updated>all>descending , you can get some items on the external sources, when you find what you want, it is slow to load so give it some time.... |

Completely outside of Plex. I've been using ffmovies.ru for some time now (I'm in US) and it works fine, but any of the fmovies mirrors should work. |

Using plex android client, i did a test search of one new to my queue show
and it worked fine. I then tried a previous search and was told no video
found.
It may be the search site fmp relies on is changed, intermittent or
limiting searches.

Interesting to hear that. If I just go to external sources and search for shows, it says "plugin not responding." I can't search for a specific title without the same result. I wonder what is happening on my end? |

I know this is for FMovies, but I thought I would ask here just in case... I just wanted to report that the g2g.fm plex plugin has stopped working for me. Movies only appear under the “Latest Video” category. When clicking on the video, the message I get is Video not found. Is there any resolution to this issue? |

Anyone else having issues with not getting any results from external sources? Lately it seems I'm getting more and more cases where when I click on external sources it comes back with no videos. Seems like I run into this more than selections with video. Even when trying the download sources option and also returns no videos |

I thought we were shut down last week, but last night I was able to get things working again. |

I believe the systems FMP uses to search are intermittent, and worse,
changed so that results that FMP expects aren't returned, or info FMP sends
to the sites is wrong, so error out, causing the Plex server versions that
still run with Plug-ins to cause Channel not responding.
Over the past 3-4 months, I've made direct attempts to contact Coder-Alpha,
not just due to FMP, but in relation to other discussions we've had
non-plugin related.
I am actually concerned for their well-being due to lack of contact of any
sort.
Even if they are healthy, they may have given up on FMP due to Plex giving
up on Plug-ins.
Which, imo, is a shame, because it's my understanding Coder-Alpha had
started plans for this in some way, working around it.

I gave up, even external links aren't working any longer. I've moved on to casting ffmovies, Cyberflix app, and Kodi (my god, I can't believe people like this thing - it is even less reliable than the plex plugin). |

I have found not allot works for me anymore. I have started using sonarr and radarr for downloads as they have the same functionality as fmovies ie you can search, download whole series, autopilot etc. Would love to know how @coder-alpha is, just to say thanks for all the work he did. If anyone wants any info on setting up sonarr and radarr just ping me. |

I have been trying it every week or so but nothing ever works. So, do the black helicopters come if I use sonarr and/or radarr? |

Black helicopters are more likely with torrents vs fmovies plus. Fmp (used
to) uses single http connection to obtain source. Torrent can use
thousands. Any of which could be mpaa spies.
Plex dropped plugin support august 2019. @coder-alpha has little motivation
to continue FMP for plex.
All that being said, he is still alive as of a month ago. He's had a rough
year, and i hope 2020 continues to improve for him.
Perhaps one day he can make a standalone FMP to run locally without need of
llex or kodi, such as tautulli runs (using python)

FMP would curl or wget from the source. ISP (certainly in the UK) have to monitor traffic to sources provided to them and report so just as likely. Saying that I make sure ALL my traffic goes via a VPN so that covers it. I hope @coder-alpha is fine. I would happily help with a standalone version. |

Any other suggestions for streaming plex apps? I'm just down to Ccloud now which is usually pretty flaky but is still actively worked on so at least some channels are always working |

I doubt much gets updated any more with plex dropping plugins. I imagine there aren't many of us still using the old versions. |

I've had a little luck by going into settings/tools/set external listing/ and choosing the tv api instead of the movies one. Also need to clear cache often. It produces a few download links and more external streaming links. Sometimes under External Listing the result shows 0gb or Not Available, but try it anyway. |

Well, I knew this would eventually happen. I didn't expect it to be a 3rd party API change that caused it. (Expected it to be a client update, like the 1.(15?) update required by Plex for Roku) |

Interesting observation - I'm running server 1.18.5 - all 'use' of plugins through Plex web are limited to 'settings' (gear icon) only, under settings - manage - plugins = Expected. |

Got it working again be deleting and reinstalling it all...think i had computer problem |

ya mine is still working with older version of server 1.14 something. Rarflix on Roku works the exact same as does my samsung tv native app. So the plug-ins functionality is still alive with the older versions, just the plug ins themselves need updating. Just bummed that fmovies isn't retrieving any sources for any of the movies i try.. |
