Since the default limit of Elastic IPs is five, requiring three available for the purposes of the demo is pretty substantial and may create a barrier to rapid execution for evaluation purposes. Is it possible to reduce the number of Elastic IPs required?

The Ubuntu boxes need to pull down NGINX from the apt-get repository and the demo application... So 1 IP address for the IGW and 2 IPs for the NAT Gateway in each subnet.
Options:
We can look at switching to an Egress-only Internet Gateway versus the NAT Gateway in each subnet (Saves 1 EIP)
Break the install into sections so the BIG-IP can come up and be configured as the Internet Egress (Saves 2 EIPs)
Switch to hosting the NGINX demo App in ECS with an internal IP address (Saves 2 EIPs)
