Detail page: Pull in SAT required vs not

Description

We want to show a data element from the Application object on our college detail page. We think this is important but the devs said it required extra work so we're going to separate it out.

User Story

As a prospective student I want to see what the admissions requirements are before I apply so I can decide if I qualify based on whether or not I've taken the SAT

Acceptance Criteria

• A blurb under SAT scores shows whether SATs are required or not

Maybe we should label this Enhancement instead of HCD?

SAT is mocked up, not sure if we want to mock up how the essay Qs will look on the page or if we want the devs to just go for it!
