It is an experimental package without too much updates yet. It also contains some unnecessary dependencies.
Which results in things like #103

WIP locally

Still need to decide if I include another markdown parser and do the thing myself. Or start from typedoc --json and partially 'fork' typedoc-plugin-markdown

At least wait till TypeStrong/typedoc#1184 is merged / closer to landing
