IRC isn't listed on the website

Do we still want to have IRC on our website? I think it's important to have it somewhere because even people who use Discord use it if Discord has an outage (which has happened quite a few times).

We are working on a socials section where we will include it(taking a bit long bc Instagram integration is surprisingly annoying to set up)
