Hi! Looks like you have got a problem with pr reviewing. I remember you had problem before conan 2.0 release and looks like here we go again. My pr are waiting review for months, it's not a good practice. Example #20712 #16074. Firstly, you need months (!) to make a fully working pr. Secondly, you need the same to be reviewed. Not some many contributors be willing to contribute under such circumstances. We use internally ~50 patched conan recipes. Looks like it's unreal to contribute them. You have a big community, that can helps. Just ask them or do something else please.
