Currently, most of the libflang packages on conda-forge require either the openmp or llvm-openmp packages, which conflict with the intel-openmp package. Would it be possible to provide builds of libflang that use intel-openmp to allow for installation with other packages that depend on intel-openmp?
If this is possible, I would like it for libflang 5.0.0, as well as any newer version of libflang.
Also, I note that there are a few builds of libflang 5.0.0 that have "vc 14" as a dependency, but no openmp dependency, but these versions do not seem to ever be chosen. I'm guessing that they are limited to vc 14.0.0, based on the syntax. Is that correct?
