www.consolibyte.com/docs/index.php/PHP_DevKit_for_QuickBooks_-_Intuit_Partner_Platform_Quick-Start is down and the documentation cannot be accessed.

See https://github.com/mc2contributor/quickbooks-php, where I've retrieved the old pages from web.archive.org and added them to the repository.
