Suggest to deprecate stargz compatibility support #424

Stargz compatibility feature has malfunctioned for quite some time. As an experimental feature, we don't see any real user using it. So how about just deprecating it and removing it in the following release

In my opinion, it is recommended to fix support for stargz to help potential users with nydus.
