/kind feature

Description
It should be possible to point to the binary of slirp4netns in commandline parameter and in config.

Right now, it seems to look in $PATH only: #1234

Can I bump this? It's pretty important, since there's no other way than to hack with PATH variables right now :-(

@rhatdan I'd love to, but I'm not a go coder. Maybe I can hack it from existing code. Let me try.

PR here: #2538

giuseppe added a commit to giuseppe/libpod that referenced this issue Mar 11, 2019
allow to configure the path to the network-cmd binary, either via an
option flag --network-cmd-path or through the libpod.conf
configuration file.

This is currently used to customize the path to the slirp4netns
binary.

Closes: containers#2506
