Version not available

Hi there,

Just installed this on my brand new Surface Pro 3 as I'm switching from Mac to Windows. However, I can't get it to install node.

I can see that it can pull the available version:

nvm list available

Showing the 15 latest available releases.

     v0.10.27  |     v0.11.2

Put doing an install with:

nvm install v0.10.38 32

simple returns:

nvm install v0.10.38 32
Version v0.10.38 is not available. If you are attempting to download a "just released" version,
it may not be recognized by the nvm service yet (updated hourly). If you feel this is in error and
you know the version exists, please visit http://github.com/coreybutler/nodedistro and submit a PR.

This is on a brand new install of Win 8.1 Pro. Any help appreciated.

Duh... as soon as I posted this I tried it with the version alone, i.e. just 0.10.38 and it works.

If it is not already done, maybe make a note in the docs about this?
