Currently AutoCLI just supports queries. To implement full Msg support we need protoreflect based tx generation and signing (#11277) which isn't ready.

For now, we can implement very basic Msg support where a Msg is printed to stdout as proto JSON and we can gradually add more complete support through #11277 and as phase 3 of #11775.
