Add AutoCLI options for each module

#13281 shows how to specify autocli options for app wiring and adds a few examples. In follow-ups, we should add options for all modules.

NOTE: The most basic necessary options are simply the names of the Msg and Query service to use for tx and query commands respectively (plus any sub-commands). Any additional customization is nice but optional.
