Breakpoint between 19210 and 21652

Additional mutations: C9430T,A13308G, both from a JN.1.4 branch.
It gets spike from LF.1.1.1 (DeFLiRT+P1263L), and orf1ab from JN.1.4.

GISAID query: A13308G, T18453C, C25350T
No. of seqs: 18(USA 3(2 from UK, 1 from Ethiopia )UK 9 Ireland 1 Italy 1 France 1 Netherlands 1)

24 with two new countries Spain and Georgia , the two samples from Georgia have also S:K182N
