Description
i manually submitted a few orders and they don't show up in the ui even after they started.

How to Reproduce
submit an order via ComposableCow.create with a t0 in the future.

the order doesn't show up in the ui, but is correctly picked up by solvers, as you can see in the explorer.

Expected behavior
see a pending order in the ui, see an open order in the ui after it starts.
