Localization Support

Before start I know there is a closed issue ( #1448 ) about this topic already. I talked with @Vigasaurus and he agreed with me about this. I'm posting this to GitHub becuase other people can see and if they want to translate game to their own language or tell their opinion they can type here.

I think game should have language support other than English.

Honestly I don't believe translation is a good idea, as (at least at the time of writing) all chat is required to be in English. Having UI in other languages would make the game more accessible, but it might lead people astray in chat.

I know people who likes the game but they don't know English so they only can play with their friends or they don't play at all. Because there is no community other than English or they don't want to waste their time with trying to figure out how the game works.

Personally I want to translate this game to Turkish (rules and how-to-play as well). I can see only 1 problem about this topic and that is what if people don't want to/can't use English while talking with mods or other players?

These are my options to solve some specific problems:
► If there are enough people you can create new communities for specific languages and get mod(s) for those languages.
► Main language have to stay as English. If people refuses to talk in English while they are in common rooms they will get warning/punishment.
► If people wants to play with their own language they have to use Flag option (I think someone already doing this.).

Just a suggestion you can add language button to right top or left top of site.

Seems to be a dead post but I would be willing to translate to estonian if anyone cares

This has been discussed before and it's unfortunately not a great idea to have localisation given that all chat in public games is required to be in English.
