Add "___ is typing" to the bottom of in-game chat

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Whenever someone is typing, add "___ is typing" to the bottom of the chat bar to see who's spamming (similar to Discord). Just a small enhancement that would improve the quality and overall feel of gameplay.

We used to have a typing indicator but to my memory it caused immense lag.

I also think this would be really interesting and add another element of social deduction to the game (that you would get by normally playing with voice chat). I'm also gonna take a crack at this! ^^
