Password confirmation validation no longer working #99

Not sure what's happened but the password confirmation validation has just stopped working, it's got me very confused as I'm pretty sure it was working yesterday. It also seems to be broke on the live example and even on a fresh download of the dashboard so it doesn't seem to be something just on my end.
