Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We're using Renovate and Dependabot for different dependency updates. It's confusing.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think we should reduce the complexity here and utilize Dependabot for all updates.

Additional context
Our usage of Renovate predates GitHub adding Dependabot as a first-class citizen. We just haven't gotten around to making this change.
