Couple little UI bugs that I faced

Hi, may I share them:

• When we select "To" option on the account page to filter txs, the incoming new txs not filtering, so just pops up.
• When we reject a write contract request on MetaMask, error button text hidden.
• The placeholders of the inputs named ETH.

Steps to reproduce

Filtering txs on the account or contract pages. Trying to write a published contract.
