issue replacing typedefs involving arrays #266

I can't get creduce to replace the typedef for b:

typedef char b[41];
struct c {
  const b &d;
} e{"9cd4858014c4e8a9dff96053f784bfaac1092a2e"};

Should be able to produce:

struct c {
  const char (&d)[41];
} e{"9cd4858014c4e8a9dff96053f784bfaac1092a2e"};
