recode project for swipe issues

This post is to collect all the previous related issues for swiping issue on header, body, refresh.
Since they are dealing with the same coding blocking. please add your related post or issues in here. we will show some work in progress for fixing this issue. @cymcsg is one the major contributor for this feature. I am going to let him doing the work here. Since he is running on tight schedule, i suggest everyone who is interested in using this feature may have to wait until it is fully fixed.
