xs_simhash does not work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install xsplit
2. run daemon in readme
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
对于文档中蝴蝶的例子，xs_simhash不带参数true. 执行就报错。
带了参数true也没有预期的效果。 
分词结果是正确的，只是无法计算simhash
simhash1 is ?????o??
simhash2 is ?????o??
bit-wise format:
0
0
hamming distance is 31

php 5.2.10 
os: ubuntu server 10.04
