Extract the logic from the CyVerse Curated migration script created in #3 that adds a single CyVerse Curated dataset to Data Commons into its own script. This script should take the following as command line arguments.

  • the absolute path to the Data Store folder containing the dataset
  • the name of the CKAN organization that owns the dataset
  • the CyVerse account used to authorize DE and CKAN API requests
  • the password used to authenticate the CyVerse account
