Here, In Korea. Every iPhone always make shutter sound even in vibrate or silent mode. This is because of a government recommendation set in 2004.
But I don't want shutter sound in vibrate mode. Can DBCamera make this possible ??

Doesn't look like you can, its either hardware enabled, or firmware enabled, either way it is impossible to turn off via an app. Sorry about that!
There seems to be ways where you can bypass it, but only through jailbreaking.
