ChartHighlight class initialization is error in ChartViewBase #1090

Hi, I found ChartHighlight initialize data in ChartViewBase class is error. The code is

h = ChartHighlight(xIndex: h!.xIndex, value: Double.NaN, dataIndex: -1, dataSetIndex: -1, stackIndex: -1)

But the _dataIndex and _dataSetIndex default value is -1 in ChartHighlight. When I run the code, it must be crash.

I fix the bug. But I can't push the code.
