feat(webengage): New Plugin for Notification Inbox

We've made significant updates to the existing WebEngage plugin and introduced a new plugin to integrate the Notification Inbox with WebEngage using Capacitor.

WebEngage Plugin:

• Added support for manual location updates.
• Implemented secure token login.
• Updated secure token functionality.
• Introduced token invalidation callbacks.

we-cap-inbox Plugin:

• Released a new Capacitor plugin for WebEngage.
• Added support for the Notification Inbox feature.
• Features include notification count, notification list, mark as read/unread, and delete functionality.
