Support for Book activity.

hi, i've installed the recomplition plugin for 2 instances of my site - the production and the testing versions. they're both alike (testing ver is a copy of the production ver) but recomplition works only on the testing instance. i've set all the requirements on courses on both instances, however on the production version, the book activity does not 'reset' at all. The "To do" checkbox says that the activity is done, however another activity that requires that book to be marked complete is not available, because that Book activity is incompleted.

I tried adding all the activities once again, and nothing happened - the book activity don't want to get reset at all

Any suggestions?

Hi there - The Book activity is not currently supported at this stage.

Hi! I know that the book activity is not supported yet, but then why does it work on the coppied site, and doesn't work on the original site?

your guess is as good as mine :-) - I'd need to do some further investigation to find out (which I don't have time for at the moment sorry!) - please update the issue here if you figure something out! :-)

I have partially same behavior but I can add following info so maybe it will help tackle the problem for whoever picks this up.
In my case the 'Book' completed state is not reset-ed when I do an re-enroll but it is correctly reset when:

• the reset is triggered at the configured schedule/Period time.
• the reset is triggered by the external function local_recompletion_reset_course

So looks like the unenroll functionality is not entirely taking into account all modules. I also noticed that grades and certificates where not correctly resetted and archived when doing an un-enroll
