During this updating, it became problematic to watch for specific PAPs because the users changed them. It was initially proposed that the editing of PAP titles be disabled for previously included PAPs. This updating, we hope to formalize this workflow where the users will be required to seek approval from reviewers prior to changing the PAP title.

  • Add a workflow for requiring approval of PAP title change

However, this on its own is also a concern because of how the "reviewer system" is setup. Basically, an office can have multiple reviewers so the question is, who will act on the request?

It's also possible to turn this into a full-blown feature where changes will require approval of a concerned user. For example, changes to be made by reviewer needs to be approved by the office users.

Well, for the time-being, what we can explore is approval of changes to previously validated PIP/TRIP PAPs.
