CSS Is Only Rendered on the First of Three Identical Selectors

This issue was first brought up on SO: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29068415/css-only-working-on-first-angular-selector and is extensively documented there. After some great help by Günter Zöchbauer, it was suggested that I submit the problem as a dart bug, which I did as https://code.google.com/p/dart/issues/detail?id=22861
