Following https://github.com/datproject/dat/releases/tag/v14.0.0, can we start to think about getting a dat-desktop@next as well? I didn't already see a ticket for it. If someone can lay out a plan I might be able to take a stab at it...

Looking dat-ecosystem/dat@63ea6c1 - it should be straigth-forward: updating dependencies.
