[ISSUE] review application to collect stakeholder feedback is not support non-english language

I'm testing RAG on Databricks using the code from:

However, I found that the review app displays characters incorrectly. It seems to not support languages other than English. Initially, the problem is with Thai language. Normally, UTF-8 would be used.

if there's any reference or option that can be added to support correct display of the text.

It's working now, I think, because the LLM model and embedding are not issues from agent feedback
