Related to #114, the way we currently combine debts with available funds in the "Net funds over time" chart implies that debts are real constraints on cash flow for campaigns, which is not really the case (particularly when the candidate is the source of the loan in the first place). After implementing #114, let's remove the debt line from the Net funds chart:
