have you tried training this on the 300w dataset (https://ibug.doc.ic.ac.uk/resources/300-W_IMAVIS/) instead of the merkel video ?

or the smaller 5-point training data from http://mmlab.ie.cuhk.edu.hk/archive/CNN_FacePoint.htm ? im interested in taking this to tensorflow-lite (android), so im wondering how i can modify your code to have it train on the 5-point data ?
