Make corpus contents dynamic (when based on search) #72

When a corpus is defined by a search and new data are added that are captured by the search, the corpus should automatically come to contain those data points (forms). Currently corpora do not do this.

Maybe make this a corpus-specific setting: "dynamic" or "static".
