Does not handle encoding properly #7

I have a doc written in utf-8 (french) and sphinx-swagger fails to generate the swagger json or yaml file because of a UnicodeEncodeError.

I'm using Python 2.7.12 (debian stretch), with sphinx ans sphinx-swagger pip-installed a virtualenv.
