[CT-814] dbt-docs updates for dbt-core v1.3

This issue is a collection of all of the possible bug fixes and/or enhancements in dbt-docs for the dbt-core 1.3.0 release. There will be a single new index file including all of these changes.

If checked off, it is merged in to main in dbt-docs.

• Import missing source descriptions in documentation (table and columns) from catalog dbt-docs#128 (pending changes)
• Swap from exact substring matches to each individual word matching dbt-docs#145
• Update dependencies

Note: The related PR should have a changie file for each PR below giving credit to the appropriate contributor but ref this issue.
